BarkSuds University will serve as our centralized online training and resource center for the entire franchise system.

It will contain an extensive library of professional training videos covering virtually every aspect of operating a BarkSuds salon—from mini-grooms and proper dog intake procedures to appointment setting, customer service, salon operations, and other day-to-day procedures.

BarkSuds University will also serve as a central resource for sharing proven marketing materials across the franchise system. Franchisees will be able to see and leverage marketing materials, promotions, and ideas already being successfully used by other BarkSuds owners rather than having to continually reinvent them at the local level.

The University will house the operational forms, releases, documents, procedures, training materials, and other resources franchisees and their teams need, creating a growing central knowledge base that becomes more valuable as the BarkSuds system expands.
